- 15 gr. green onion
- 100 gr. pickles
- ¼ tsp ground black pepper
- 200 gr. sour cream
- 1 tbsp creamy horseradish
Sour cream sauce has a rather unique spicy taste. This sauce is suitable for many dishes, it is best combined with fish. The process of preparing sour cream sauce is not long, you will need no more than 10 minutes, but after cooking, the sauce must be cooled in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Finely chop pickled cucumbers and put in a bowl.

Take a green onion and cut the feathers 1 centimeter long. The root part is best crushed more strongly.

Mix sour cream with creamy horseradish, season everything with ground black pepper, add chopped cucumbers and green onions.

Mix all the ingredients well and put the sauce in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
