Chocolate puffs
Ingredients
  • 500 grams of puff pastry (yeast or yeast-free)
  • 100-200 grams of chocolate
  • 1-2 tablespoons of powdered sugar
An excellent treat for tea.

1. Defrost the dough

2. Cut the dough into small squares

3. Divide the chocolate into small pieces

4. Put chocolate on each half of the dough square.

5. Cover the chocolate nipper with the second half of the dough and fasten each square. Rectangular puffs are obtained. Their shape can be different: in the form of envelopes, or triangles.

6. Sprinkle the baking sheet with a little flour, lay out the puffs and send to bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 20 minutes.

7. When the puffs are ready, take them out of the oven, wait until they cool down and sprinkle them with powdered sugar.
