Puff pastries with egg and green onions
Ingredients
  • 500 gr. yeast puff pastry
  • 200 gr. green onion
  • 30 gr. wheat flour
  • 6 chicken eggs
  • ½ tsp salt
Puff pies with green onions and eggs are very tasty and original. The dough for these pies can be taken ready-made, or you can cook it yourself.

Defrost puff pastry.

Hard boil chicken eggs and peel them.

Wash, dry and chop green onions.

Finely chop the chicken eggs and mix with chopped onions. Add salt and mix everything.

Sprinkle the table with flour and roll out the dough on it into a rectangle. We cut the resulting layer into 12 parts.

We spread 1 tablespoon of the filling on each part, after which we grease the edges with a little beaten egg and wrap the pies with egg and green onions as you like.

We spread the resulting pies on a baking sheet, which must first be covered with baking paper.

Lubricate puff pastries with egg.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and put a baking sheet with pies in it for 30 minutes.
