Ingredients
  • 250 gr. puff yeast dough
  • 2 tsp oregano
  • 1 chicken egg
  • 80 gr. bacon
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
These puff sticks are an excellent snack for foamy, and not only. It takes no more than 40 minutes to cook sticks with bacon.

Defrost the finished dough and lay it out in layers.

Defrost the bacon and lay it out in layers directly on the dough.

Sprinkle everything with black ground pepper and dry oregano.

Cut the bacon with the dough into 1.5 cm strips. Cut across.

We twist each of the strips into a spiral tube and lay it out on a baking sheet. The baking sheet must first be covered with baking paper.

We grease each of the resulting tubes with a beaten egg and send it to the oven, which must be preheated to 180 degrees.

We bake puff sticks with bacon for 20 minutes, readiness can be determined by the appearance of a golden color.
