Ingredients
- 400 g ripe plums
- 50 g whiskey
- 10+20 g butter
- 3 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tsp cane sugar
- pinch of cinnamon (powder)
- 20 g oatmeal (you can Hercules)
- 1/3 tbsp flour
- some nuts (almonds)
Aromatic plums combined with spices, nuts and warming whiskey will definitely decorate your table and delight your guests. Desserts are quick and easy to make! Try it yourself!

1. Wash the plums well under running water, remove the seeds, cut them into slices (each fruit is 6-8 parts).

2. Pour the whiskey into a heated pan and evaporate it. Add butter, plum slices, sugar, cinnamon. Stir-fry over low heat until all ingredients thicken (about 10 minutes).

3. Then put everything in a baking dish.

4. Cooking breading: mix oatmeal with flour, cane sugar, butter, nuts and grind everything in a blender. Spread the resulting mixture on top of the plum mass (step 3).

5. Bake for another 10-15 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.

6. You can decorate the crumble with fresh berries, mint, and your favorite marmalade or liquid honey.
