Creamy Spaghetti Sauce
Ingredients
  •  200 ml. 12% cream
  • 180 ml. water
  • 60 grams of grated cheese
  • One teaspoon starch (potato)
  •  0.25 teaspoon salt
  • Ground black pepper to taste
With this sauce, any spaghetti is simply incomparable.

1) Pour 120 ml into a small saucepan. cream, put on fire, salt, and bring to a boil.

2) Pour the rest of the cream into a plate and add starch there. The resulting mixture is added to the boiling cream. While stirring constantly.

3) When the sauce thickens, add warm water there and mix everything.

4) Add pepper to the resulting sauce and keep on fire for another 1-2 minutes.

5) Remove the sauce from the heat and add the grated cheese. Mix everything quickly - the sauce is ready. Now it can be added to spaghetti.
