  • 1-2 tbsp. tablespoons of butter;
  • 1 st. a spoonful of flour;
  • 1 glass of cream;
  • about 100 g of Parmesan cheese;
  • 6-7 medium cloves of garlic;
  • ground black pepper - to your taste.
A great sauce that will appeal to almost all pizza lovers. It is easy to prepare and goes well with a variety of fillings. Delicate and not too spicy creamy sauce will emphasize the taste of seafood, chicken or mushrooms.

Divide the garlic into two approximately equal parts. Set aside one half for now, and mash the other half with a knife and lightly fry in a pan with butter. The garlic releases flavor into the oil as it cooks. After that, the garlic mass must be removed from the pan and discarded. Then add the flour to the oil and fry, stirring constantly, until the flour becomes a nice creamy color.

Cream is next. They need to be poured into the future sauce and brought to a thick state. Shortly before cooking, put grated cheese and pre-mashed garlic into the pan. Pepper the way you like. Everything, the sauce is ready! The correct sauce should not turn out too liquid, but rather even viscous.
