Mackerel recipe baked in foil
Turn on the oven to warm up to 250 ° C.
Peel and finely chop the onion, peel and grate the celery, finely chop the parsley.
Put the prepared vegetables in a bowl, squeeze a lemon on them, and rub the peel on a medium grater, sprinkle with spices to taste, salt well, mix and leave to marinate while you fish.
Wash the mackerel, gut it and clean it well inside so that there is no black film left.
Stuff fish with prepared vegetables.
Lay the fish on its back on a sheet of foil, carefully wrap tightly so as not to break through the foil. There should be a solid sheet at the bottom so that the juice does not flow out. The ends of the foil can be wrapped in such a way as to form a small plane at the bottom.
Put the wrapped fish on the middle shelf of the oven, moderate the heat to 150 ° C and bake for 2 hours.
Carefully unroll the fish so as not to disturb it and tear the crust.
The dish is served both hot and cold.
