Ingredients
- 4 mackerels, ready to cook (250g each)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 60 g redcurrant
- 3 garlic cloves
- 4 sprigs thyme
- 1/2 tablespoon sherry vinegar
- 4 tablespoons heavy sour cream for serving
- Salt
- Pepper

The recipe for mackerel with red currants

Heat the oven up to 180°C. Wash and dry the berries and thyme. Garlic, without peeling, lightly crush.

Wash and pat dry the fish, place on a parchment-lined baking sheet, season with salt and pepper. Add thyme, currants and garlic cloves to the fish, drizzle everything with olive oil.

Bake mackerel for 5 minutes.

Sprinkle the finished dish with sherry vinegar before serving. Serve with sour cream.
