- 500 grams of flour

- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cardamom
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon pearl sugar
Swedish cinnamon roll recipe
It is necessary to prepare the yeast by mixing it with sugar and pouring a small amount of warmed milk. Yeast should stand for about 10 minutes. Then you need to add the rest of the warm milk, cardamom and cinnamon to the dough, add the flour and pour in the melted butter, prepare an elastic dough. The dough must be thoroughly kneaded for about 10 minutes in order for the gluten to disperse. After kK the dough is ready, it must be left covered with a napkin for about 30 minutes in order for it to fit.
Next, break the dough and roll it into a thin layer of a rectangular shape. Brush the resulting layer with melted butter and generously and evenly sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
Roll the dough into a roll and cut into equal-sized pieces. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the rolls on it. Cover them with a towel and put them in a warm place for half an hour, so that they come up.
Brush the rolls with beaten egg and sprinkle with pearl sugar. Send the baking sheet to the oven, heated to 200 degrees. Bake for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
