Ingredients
  • 300 gr. puff pastry
  • 250 gr. fresh cherries
  • 100 gr. granulated sugar
  • Cinnamon - to taste
We offer you 1 more strudel recipe, this time with cherries. In principle, you can use the previous recipe, it is more detailed, but use cherries instead of apples and nuts.

Remove the tassels from the cherries and mix them together with sugar and a little water.

We put the cherry on the fire and bring the liquid to a boil, cook for a few minutes, then take out the cherry, and continue to cook the remaining syrup until it becomes thick.

Roll out the puff pastry into a rectangular shape.

We spread a strip of cherries in the middle of the dough and sprinkle everything with a small amount of cinnamon.

We wrap the dough in a roll and send it to the oven, heated to 190 degrees and bake the strudel until cooked.

Cut the strudel with cherries into pieces, pour a small amount of syrup into a plate and spread the strudel.
