- Vegetable oil - 170 ml

- Vanillin - 1 pinch
- Spices (if you consider them appropriate) - 1 tsp

Chocolate zucchini cake recipe
1. Beat eggs with sugar + butter and raw squash puree.
2. In another container, you need to combine the dry ingredients: flour, bran, add a bag of baking powder, vanillin (you can use vanilla sugar), cocoa, your favorite spices.
The following spices are recommended: cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, cloves (no more than 1 tsp).
3. Mix dry and egg-zucchini mixture.
4. The finished dough is laid out in an oiled form.
5. With an oven temperature of up to 200 degrees, it is recommended to bake a cake for 45 minutes.
6. While the cake is baking, you can have time to prepare the icing: prepare small pieces of icing by melting them in a water bath, add milk, starch. Everything is well mixed and the glaze is ready.
