- 600 gr. pork loin
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp ground black pepper
- 1 lemon
- 100 gr. wheat flour
- 1 chicken egg
- 50 ml vegetable oil
For cooking pork schnitzel, it is best to use the loin. The main stage in the preparation of schnitzel is the process of beating meat, it is necessary that the piece increases at least 2 times.

Cut the loin into pieces no more than 2 centimeters thick. The incisions must be made across the fibers.

We cover each of the pieces with cling film and beat the meat on both sides.

After the beating is over, the piece of meat should be no more than 0.5 cm thick.

Mix flour with pepper and salt.

Roll each piece of meat in flour, and after the flour, dip it into a slightly beaten egg. After dipping into the egg, dredge the pork again in the flour.
