- 3 large thin lavash
- 3 fresh cucumbers
- 1 chicken breast
- 3 fresh tomatoes
- 1 head of onion
- Half a head of white cabbage
- 200 gr. Korean carrot
- 200 gr. hard cheese
- Curry seasoning, fresh herbs, ketchup and mayonnaise to your taste
This shawarma recipe is slightly different from the original one, since in the original recipe, the meat must be fried on a special grill, and this cannot be done at home. However, the shawarma made according to this recipe turns out no worse, many will not even be able to catch the difference between home-cooked shawarma and the original shawarma of oriental cuisine.

We cut the cucumber into strips, we also chop the cabbage into strips and crush with salt.

From the edge we lay the filling in rows in the following sequence: chicken breast, onion, Korean carrot, ketchup, cabbage, cucumbers, tomatoes, mayonnaise and cheese. Strict sequence, in principle, is not required, you can stack it however you want.

Gently roll the pita bread tightly and enjoy. Before use, you can fry the pita bread a little, but this is not necessary.
