Ingredients
  • 2 kg pork neck
  • 2 onions
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 200 gr. fresh red tomatoes
  • 1 tsp sea ​​salt
Pork skewers are the easiest to prepare, as the meat is very juicy and simply cannot be spoiled. To make pork skewers soft, take a pork neck.

Cut the meat into pieces, excess fat can be cut off if desired.

Make cuts on the tomatoes and scald them with boiling water, remove the skin from them and chop them.

We clean from the husk, and cut the onion into half rings. Add salt to the onion and mix with your hands so that the onion gives juice.

Add chopped tomatoes and onions to the chopped meat.

Add black pepper and mix well. We cover the pan with the meat with a lid and leave it to marinate for 3 hours.

At the advent of time, we take skewers and string pieces of meat on them.

 We kindle the coals and wait for the moment when they are all covered with ashes, but in the middle there will be a hot coal.

Cook skewers, periodically turning them over. So the meat will be more evenly fried and will not burn.

When the pork pieces are browned on all sides, check the readiness with a knife. In the cut, the meat should not be red.
