Ingredients
- 1 kg of sea fish (herring, mackerel, horse mackerel),
- 1 lemon
- 2-3 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- suneli hops, coriander, freshly ground pepper, sugar, salt to taste.
Unlike fried meat, fish kebab is a less high-calorie dish, it is more easily absorbed by the body and does not cause a feeling of heaviness.

Prepare the fish: wash it, cut off the fins, remove the scales, gut, then rinse and dry again. Then cut into serving pieces.

Prepare the marinade. To do this, take salt, spices, sugar, lemon juice, soy sauce and vegetable oil. Rub the mixture on all sides of the fish. Stir gently and cover the dish with the fish so that it does not dry out.

Then put the fish in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Put the prepared fish on the grill and cook over the coals for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally until a crispy crust appears.

To prevent the grill from crashing into the fish, you can wrap it with foil.

Ready kebab served with vegetable salad, herbs or just fresh vegetables. A cool white wine will be an excellent addition to a fish kebab.
