Recipe for salmon "imperial"
1
Rinse the fish, gut and cut into pieces about 3 cm thick. Combine salt, red and black pepper in a saucer. With this mixture, rub the pieces of fish inside and out.
2
Wrap each piece in foil, leave a hole for steam to escape. Bake in an oven preheated to 190° for 20-30 minutes.
3
Carefully, so as not to fall apart, remove the finished fish from the foil, put it on plates, sprinkle with lemon juice and sprinkle with finely chopped dill.
4
Carrots for garnish can also be baked in the oven, then peeled and cut into large pieces. Boil cauliflower, beans and peas, and simply cut the tomatoes in half. The side dish must be prepared in advance so that the fish does not cool down.
