Whisk the egg well in a suitable bowl. Cut the crusts off the bread. Lightly dip two slices of bread in the egg and fry in a pan until golden brown.

Combine mayonnaise with honey, and spread this mixture over 4 remaining slices of bread. And start combining all the ingredients in a sandwich.
