  • 4-6 slices brown or wheat bread
  • 2 boiled or baked chicken breasts
  • 1 soft pear
  • 50 g seedless grapes
  • a small handful of frisee leaves or any other lettuce
  • 50 g gorgonzola cheese
  • 4 tbsp. l. olive oil
  • 100 g gorgonzola cheese
  • 200 g sour cream (30% or more)
  • salt
Blue cheese sauce is versatile in salads and baked dishes. You can make it with a margin, and then quickly bake vegetables under the cheese crust, such as green beans or cauliflower.

1. Prepare the sauce. To do this, mix 100 g of gorgonzola with sour cream in a blender, add a pinch of salt and beat until smooth.

2. Fry the bread in a grill pan in olive oil or in a toaster until golden brown.

3. Cut the chicken into thin slices across the fibers, cut the pear into the same slices, removing the seeds.

4. Break the remaining cheese into small pieces with a fork.

5. Brush the toasted bread with the resulting blue cheese sauce, then lay out the chicken and pear slices, grapes, cheese pieces, lettuce. Drizzle again with sauce and serve. You can top the sandwich with a second toast.
