Ingredients
  • 300 grams of liver
  • 300 grams of fat
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon semolina
  • 2 tablespoons wheat flour
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Saltison is a rather tasty dish that can be attributed to homemade pates. You can either spread it on bread or just cut it like a sausage. If desired, the fat included in the recipe can be replaced with brisket. Liver saltison will appeal to many gourmets.

The liver must be washed and cut into small pieces. Lettuce is also cut into small squares.

We mix the liver and lard and add flour, semolina, yolks and chopped garlic to them. Be sure to season with spices and mix.

Next, we form sausages from minced meat, laying it on cling film. Then we twist the film and wrap it with threads.

Next, immerse the bundles in boiling water and cook over very low heat for at least 2 hours.

Ready saltison must be cooled. And then put in the refrigerator for 12 hours.
