Ingredients
  • Beijing cabbage - 500 grams
  • Vegetable oil - 50 ml
  • Sugar - 1 tsp
  • Mustard - 1 tbsp.
  • Soy sauce - 50 ml.
  • White pepper - to taste

We remove bad leaves from a head of Chinese cabbage, rinse it in cold water, then dry it and finely chop it.

Shredded cabbage is wrapped in a damp towel and sent to the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes.

In the meantime, we will make the sauce, for this we mix vegetable oil with soy sauce, add mustard, sugar and a little white pepper.

Mix the sauce well and season the chilled Chinese cabbage with it.
