Salad "spring"
Ingredients
  • Half head of young cabbage
  • 1 bunch (8-10 pieces) radishes
  • 4 young cucumbers
  • 1 medium bunch green onions
  • 1 small bunch of dill
  • 3 eggs
  • 4 tbsp. l. yogurt or sour cream
  • 2 tbsp. l. sunflower oil
  • 1 tsp horseradish or mustard, optional
  • Salt, freshly ground black pepper
Light healthy vegetable salad, cooking time takes 25 minutes.

Shred the cabbage very thinly. If the straw is too long, cut it into several pieces.

Finely chop the dill and green onion, mix with cabbage, lightly salt and shake the mixture with your hands.

Put the eggs in water, put on fire, after the water boils, boil for 8 minutes. Beat the shell a little and put the eggs in cold water for 5 minutes. After that clean and chop coarsely.

Remove the tails from the radishes, crush each radish with a heavy object (for example, the bottom of a strong cup) and cut into 2-3 parts. If the radishes have fresh green leaves, add them to the salad, chopped very finely and mixed with the cabbage.

Cucumbers, without peeling, cut into circles or halves of circles. Mix curdled milk (sour cream) with sunflower oil. If desired, you can add horseradish or mustard.

Combine all prepared ingredients, add dressing, salt and pepper, stir quickly and serve immediately.
