Ingredients
  • 200 grams of tuna in its own juice
  • 1 avocado
  • 20 ml lime juice
  • Quarter teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 150 grams of cucumbers
  • 50 grams of red caviar
  • 40 ml vegetable oil
  • Salt - to taste
Tuna salad is a balanced dish, with a fairly large amount of proteins and healthy fatty acids. Such a salad is suitable for any table, even for a festive one. Tuna salad is prepared literally in a matter of minutes, it can be served on the table as a main course, as it is quite nutritious and satisfies the feeling of hunger quite well.

Break up the tuna into small pieces using a fork.

We take fresh cucumbers and cut them into small cubes. If in your case the cucumbers are old, then it is better to cut off the bitter skin from them.

Peel the avocado and cut it a little larger than the cucumbers. Sprinkle avocado with lemon or lime juice and send to salad.

Now we will make a dressing, for this we mix lime juice, pepper, salt and oil. It is necessary to mix until a homogeneous mixture is formed.
