- 100 grams of yellow cheese
- 80 grams of bacon
- 1 can canned beans
- 1 glass of crackers
- Parsley greens to taste

Bacon and cheese salad recipe
Bacon must be cut across the grain into small rectangles. Prepare a medium-sized skillet and fry the bacon over medium heat. It is not worth frying strongly, it will be good if it remains slightly soft. When the bacon is ready, transfer it to a plate lined with paper towels to soak up excess oil.
Cut the cheese into medium-sized cubes. Finely chop the washed and dried parsley. Put the beans on a sieve and leave all the moisture from it to glass. It is good if the beans are large and whole.
If you haven’t prepared crackers in the oven in advance, then you can cut the bread into cubes and lightly fry in a pan with vegetable oil. You can use white or black bread according to your taste.
Next, mix all the prepared salad ingredients. To spice up, you can skip a clove of garlic through a press, season the salad with mayonnaise and mix. When serving salad, garnish with parsley sprigs. To improve the taste of the salad, it will be good if it stands in the refrigerator for a while, cools and soaks in mayonnaise.
