Salad with pepper and pasta
Second courses
- 200 grams of pasta
- 2 large bell peppers
- 2 carrots
- 100 grams of olives
- Small bunch of green onions
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
Pepper and pasta salad recipe
Start by making pasta. Place a pot of water on the stove. After boiling water, send pasta into it and cook them until cooked. Next, strain the pasta and rinse lightly in cold water. Leave them to cool. While the pasta is cooling, prepare the rest of the salad ingredients.
Finely chop the carrots, green onions, bell peppers and olives. Add the chopped vegetables to the cooled pasta and mix everything together. Dress the salad with olive oil.
Put the finished salad in the refrigerator for at least an hour. During the time spent in the refrigerator, all the components of the salad will make good friends, soak in the juices, and the salad will acquire an amazing aroma. Since this salad is prepared quite quickly, it is good to use it for snacks.
