Salad with boiled cod
Ingredients
  • 300 grams of cod
  • Three pieces of potatoes
  •  two cucumbers
  • one tomato
  • 1 cup green peas (fresh, frozen, or canned)
  • Two to three tablespoons of green onions
  • Salt, pepper to taste
  • Two tablespoons of mayonnaise (optional)

1) Peel, wash and boil potatoes. After it cools down, cut into cubes.

2) Cucumbers also cut into cubes

3) Tomatoes can be cut into slices or cubes

4) Boil the cod, get rid of the bones and cut into small pieces.

5) If the green peas are fresh, then they must be boiled to make them soft. If it is canned, then drain into water and put on a plate.

6) Finely chop the green onion. Combine potatoes, cucumbers, tomatoes, cod, peas and onions and mix well.

7) Salt the resulting salad, pepper, season with sauce or mayonnaise.
