Salad with chicken, cheese and croutons
Salads
- Boiled chicken breast - 350 gr.
- Tomatoes - 2-3 pcs.
- Bulgarian pepper - 2-3 pcs.
- Fresh cucumbers - 2 pcs.
- Rye crackers - 80 gr.
- Hard cheese - 150 gr.
- Mayonnaise - to taste
- Garlic - 1 head
Recipe for salad with chicken, cheese and croutons
Cut or tear the chicken breast into small pieces. We take a plate or a salad bowl and put our chicken in it, crushing it a little to the bottom.
Cut the tomato into small strips or cubes. Pass the floor of the head of garlic through a press and mix in a separate container along with chopped tomatoes and a small amount of mayonnaise.
Spread the resulting mixture on top of the chicken. If a lot of liquid has formed from the tomato, then it must first be drained.
We clean the Bulgarian pepper from seeds and cut into small cubes. The remaining garlic is passed through a press and mixed together with pepper and mayonnaise.
Spread the pepper mixture over the tomatoes.
Cucumbers cut into cubes and lay out the next layer.
The next layer is made from crackers.
Then comes a layer of crackers, which must be smeared with a thin layer of mayonnaise.
Pass the cheese through a fine grater and sprinkle generously on the salad.
We send the salad with chicken, cheese and crackers to the refrigerator for 60 minutes.
