Ingredients
  • Parsley for decoration
  • 3 pcs. bay leaf
  • One clove of garlic
  • 3 tbsp sour cream
  • half a lemon
  • Half st.l. tomato paste
  • 40 g butter
  • 100 g shrimp
  • 100 g squid
  • Cherry tomatoes - optional
This salad is well suited for seafood lovers, because it contains both squid and shrimp. Also, the salad impresses with its exquisite taste and is very healthy. Shrimp and squid salad is one of the low calorie salads, so weight conscious people may not be afraid to gain weight after it.

Boil shrimp and squid in salted water with bay leaf.

To dress the salad, prepare the sauce (melt butter in a pan, add sour cream, tomato paste and chopped garlic, bring everything to a boil).

Cut the finished squid into rings.

Cut cherry tomatoes into 2 parts.

Peel shrimp, mix with squid and tomatoes, sprinkle with lemon juice on top.

Arrange lettuce leaves on an empty platter.

Put shrimp with squid on lettuce leaves.

Drizzle the prepared sauce on top and garnish with parsley.
