- 1/2 celery root
- 100 g roasted walnuts
- 1 small red onion
- 200 g raw smoked chicken breast
- handful of celery leaves
- 250 g natural yoghurt
- 2 tbsp. l. mild grainy mustard
- 2 tbsp. l. teriyaki

Peel the celery root and cut into very thin strips (it is convenient to use a Korean carrot grater for this operation).

Coarsely chop the walnuts, cut the red onion into half rings, chicken fillet into thin slices across the fibers.

Coarsely chop the celery greens with your hands. Whisk all dressing ingredients—yoghurt, mustard, and teriyaki—in a small bowl vigorously and drizzle over salad.
