Salad with mushrooms and bacon
Salads
- 10 slices of bacon
- 12 medium champignons
- 1 bunch salad mix
- 2 small blue onions
- 2 medium tomatoes
- 10 grams of blue cheese with mold
- 5 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Salt, ground pepper to taste
Mushroom and bacon salad recipe
Bacon must be cut into thin strips and sent to a hot frying pan. Fry the bacon until crispy, then place on a plate lined with paper towels to soak up excess oil.
Wash fresh champignons, dry and cut into as thin slices as possible. Next, season them with freshly squeezed lemon juice. Lettuce also prepare thoroughly by rinsing and drying on a paper towel.
Cut the tomatoes into medium-sized cubes. Chop the blue onion into thin half rings. Grind the cheese into medium crumbs with the palms of your hands.
After all the components of the salad are prepared, you can start assembling the salad. The indicated amount of ingredients is enough for four servings of salad. Place lettuce leaves on prepared serving plates, tomatoes, mushrooms and bacon on them, crumble blue onion on top of cheese and pour olive oil over each serving to taste and season with ground pepper and salt.
