Salad with fennel and tomatoes
Ingredients
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 1 fennel (bulb)
  • 1 head of onion
  • 1 bunch romaine lettuce
  • 1 sweet red pepper
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Lemon juice

Fennel and Tomato Salad Recipe

Wash and dry vegetables. Cut the fennel into thin half rings (the thinner the better), sprinkle with olive oil, lemon juice, add salt and set aside to marinate.

We cut the salad into large strips, you can simply tear it with your hands (negligence does not hurt here), after which we put everything in a salad bowl.

Cut the cucumbers and tomatoes into small pieces (if necessary, peel the cucumbers). Cut the onion into half rings and add everything to the salad bowl as well.

We clean the Bulgarian pepper from seeds and cut it into strips.

We add pickled fennel to the salad bowl along with the marinade, we also add a little more salt to taste. Mix everything, drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, if necessary.
