  • 150 grams baked turkey fillet

First, prepare all the ingredients for the salad. Pour boiling water over the prunes and leave for 5 minutes. Cut the turkey fillet into very thin strips. Wash lettuce thoroughly and pat dry with paper towels. Free the apple from the core, cut into thin slices and sprinkle with lemon juice. Peel the carrots and grate. Tear the lettuce leaves with your hands. Mix all the ingredients of the salad by placing in a suitable salad bowl.

Next, prepare the salad dressing. In a suitable bowl, mix olive oil, freshly squeezed lemon juice, honey, salt and pepper. You can add a small pinch of mustard beans.

Serve salad on serving plates, drizzle with dressing and sprinkle with sesame seeds. The salad is tender and fresh.
