Salad with prunes
Salads
- 1 medium beetroot
- 2 potatoes
- 2 carrots
- 1 pomegranate
- 3 chicken eggs
- 2 walnuts
- 100 gr. prunes
- 200 gr. chicken fillet
- Salt
- Mayonnaise
- Black pepper
Prunes salad recipe
Boil carrots, beets and potatoes in a separate bowl. Cool the vegetables and peel them.
Pass the beets through a grater or finely chop. Grind walnuts and mix with beets.
Boil the chicken fillet and cut into small pieces.
We wash the prunes and chop.
Hard-boiled chicken eggs, cool and peel.
We clean the pomegranate and take out the seeds.
The first layer is potatoes, passed through a coarse grater. After the potatoes, make a thin layer of mayonnaise and also cover everything with mayonnaise after each layer.
The second layer is beets mixed with nuts.
The third layer is chicken fillet.
The fourth layer is prunes.
The fifth layer is carrots.
The sixth layer is chicken eggs, passed through a grater.
At the end, cover everything with mayonnaise and sprinkle with a thick layer of pomegranate seeds. We put the salad with prunes in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours so that it cools completely. Serve the cooled salad to the table, garnished with fresh herbs. Before serving, it is recommended to mix everything.
