Salad with pineapple and turkey
Ingredients
  • 3 pieces of turkey breast
  • 2 celery stalks
  • Small bunch of green onions
  • 1 large bell pepper
  • 150 grams canned pineapple
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise or natural yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Pecans to taste
  • Salt, ground pepper to taste
This salad is fresh and vibrant. And if you choose yogurt for dressing, it will also be very useful.  

Pineapple and Turkey Salad Recipe

Prepare the turkey fillet. Rinse, pat dry with paper towel.

In a suitable frying pan, heat the vegetable oil and fry the cubed turkey breast in it. You need to fry until the meat is completely cooked, then put the turkey on a plate so that it cools down.

Next, prepare the vegetables. Rinse thoroughly under running water and dry with paper towels.

Finely chop the green onions, lightly chop the nuts with a blender, free the bell pepper from the core and finely chop into cubes.

Dry the pineapple slices with a paper towel and cut into medium-sized cubes. Canned canned pineapple can be used already.

Mix all salad ingredients in a suitable deep salad bowl. Season with salt and ground allspice. For dressing, you can use mayonnaise or natural yogurt, mix. Salad ready.
