Pork salad with beans
Salads
- 200g champignons
- 400 g pork tenderloin
- 1 head lettuce
- 0.5 cup sesame seeds
- 400g green beans
- 8 cherry tomatoes
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- Salt, pepper - to taste
Recipe for pork salad with beans
Drain the frozen beans in a colander, place in a bowl and leave to defrost in the refrigerator.
Boil water, add salt and throw in the beans. Then put back in a colander and rinse with cold water. Pour into a bowl and leave to rest in a warm place. Cut the washed pork into strips and season with salt and pepper.
Pour ½ sesame seeds on a separate saucer, roll the pork in it and fry. Transfer cooked pork to a bowl with beans. Peel the mushrooms, cut into slices and fry in the same pan where the pork was fried before. Add fried mushrooms to meat and beans. To stir thoroughly.
Wash and chop tomatoes and lettuce. Mix sesame oil with salt, sugar and vinegar. Fry the peeled and chopped garlic with the remaining sesame seeds for 1-2 minutes.
