This is the easiest salad to prepare, which requires a minimum of ingredients - mushrooms and sheep's cheese. However, they must be chosen very carefully, the mushrooms must be fresh, strong and with snow-white caps, and the cheese must be of high quality, fragrant and very fresh.

In the original of this recipe, only fresh mushrooms go into the salad, which cannot be washed before cutting, otherwise they will lose their shape and may soften. The maximum that can be done is to wipe the mushrooms with a paper towel or a damp soft cloth, and rub the most neglected or defective places with a soft brush. Remove the stems from the prepared mushrooms, they do not go into the salad, and cut the caps thinly. Place chopped mushrooms in a large bowl. Now you need to prepare the sauce - for this, mix lemon juice with olive oil, add pepper. Then add a little sauce to the mushrooms, salt.
