Celery and turkey salad
Ingredients
  • 2 pieces of turkey fillet
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 5 sun-dried tomatoes
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Fresh rosemary to taste
  • Salt, ground black pepper to taste

Prepare the turkey fillet. Rinse it under running water and pat dry with paper towels. As for the heat treatment, you can cook the fillets by frying in vegetable oil until tender, or by boiling in lightly salted water until tender. For this salad, this question is not fundamental. The main thing is that the fillet is cut into small cubes.

Celery should be cut into medium slices. Chop rosemary leaves. Pat the tomatoes dry with a paper towel to remove excess oil and chop finely. Mix all salad ingredients in a deep salad bowl and season with salt, pepper and mayonnaise. Mix thoroughly. You can serve such a salad both on a common large dish and on portioned plates. Arrange lettuce leaves on plates and serve with fresh bread or crackers.
