Ingredients
  • Canned cod liver - 1 can (240 gr.)
  • Quail eggs - 10 pcs.
  • Parsley and green onions - to taste
  • Mayonnaise - 1 tbsp.
  • half a lemon
  • Sugar - 1 pinch
  • Salt - as needed

Hard-boil the quail eggs (it takes about 5 minutes). Dip the eggs in cold water to easily peel the shell.

Cut the peeled eggs into 2 parts.

Finely chop the onion. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon to the chopped onion, add granulated sugar and mix everything, then set aside for 20 minutes so that the onion marinates well.

Open the cod liver, take it out and cut into small pieces.

Mix a little canned liver with mayonnaise. If there is too much oil in canned food, then you should not use everything, as the salad will turn out to be very fatty.

Mix quail eggs with mayonnaise, add salt and parsley, mix everything well.
