Ingredients
  • Potatoes - 2 pcs.
  • Green onions - 4-5 pcs.
  • Dill - 4-6 sprigs
  • Parsley - 2-4 sprigs
  • Spinach - 6-10 leaves
  • Purslane (Salad) - 3-4 leaves
  • Radishes - 5-7 pieces
  • Yarrow - 3-4 leaves
  • Ground black pepper - to taste
  • Apple cider vinegar or other natural - to taste
  • Sunflower / olive / corn oil ... - 3-4 tbsp. spoons
It's time for summer salads. This is the time of young and tender greenery. Right now is the time to go on one more diet, if all the others are not enough for you. We offer you a basic recipe that will change and be supplemented with the ripening of vegetables.

Wash the potatoes and cook in their skins in the microwave or boil.

Chill and peel cooked potatoes.

Wash the greens, peel and crumble into a bowl, add the potatoes cut into cubes.

Sprinkle everything with vinegar, pepper, salt, season with oil and mix.
