Ingredients
  • Chanterelles - 800g
  • White mushroom - 2-4 pcs
  • Bulb - 1 pc.
  • Garlic - 3-4 cloves
  • Dill - a small bunch
  • Thyme - a small branch
  • Salt - to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Fatty sour cream and bread - for serving
A little unusual at first glance, but very tasty wild mushroom salad.

Wash the mushrooms, thoroughly clean and dry. Cut large mushrooms into several pieces. Chop the onion and fry over high heat, after 2 minutes add the mushrooms. Wait until liquid forms, while covering with a lid.

Then remove the lid so that the liquid evaporates, stirring the mushrooms occasionally. Add a little oil if necessary. Add cumin leaves, salt, pepper and bring the mushrooms to readiness. Finely chop the dill, fry together with mushrooms. Pour the mixture into a salad bowl, garnish with dill. Serve on a plate with bread and sour cream.
