Chicken liver salad
Ingredients
  • 150 ml mayonnaise
  • 10 gr. greenery
  • Salt and spices to taste
  • 40 ml vegetable oil
  • one carrot
  • One head of onion
  • 3-4 chicken eggs
  • 1 can of canned corn
  • 400 gr. chicken liver
Liver salad, no matter whether it is duck, chicken, pork or beef, it turns out to be very tasty and nutritious. It is much easier to prepare a salad from a bird's liver, since for cooking a bird's liver it is enough to wash, dry on a napkin and fry in oil.

Fry finely chopped onion in vegetable oil until golden brown.

Add the grated carrots to the onion and stir-fry, together for 5 minutes.

Pre-washed and dried on a napkin, cut the liver into small pieces.

Add liver pieces to onions and carrots and fry over low heat until blood stops coming out of the liver when pierced.

Add the liver to the pan and mix well, frying for another minute.

Transfer the liver to a salad bowl and let it cool.

Open the can of corn and drain the liquid.

Mix liver with corn.

Boil chicken eggs, after they have cooled, peel and chop them, then add to the liver.

Optionally, you can add mayonnaise, salt and your favorite spices.

Mix everything well and decorate with herbs.
