  • 500 gr. chicken fillet
  • 2 large stalk celery
  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • 1 shallot
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • A pinch of celery seeds
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 100 gr. mayonnaise
  • Paprika
  • Salt

First, prepare the sauce for the salad, as it needs to be infused. Grind shallots, mix yogurt with mayonnaise. Add the shallots to the mayonnaise mixture, along with the celery seeds, curry powder, and salt. Mix all the ingredients and put the sauce in the refrigerator to infuse.

Boil the chicken fillet until tender. Let the meat cool down. When the chicken is at room temperature, cut it into thin strips.

Cut the celery stalks into thin slices, chop the cilantro in the same way.

Mix cilantro and celery stalks with chicken, season everything with pre-prepared sauce and serve immediately.
