Recipe for red cabbage salad with pears, raisins and cinnamon
We wash the cabbage, dry it and chop it.
Onion peeled and cut into half rings
Slightly fry the cabbage and onion in a pan. Simmer the vegetables in a hot skillet for 5 minutes. Add ginger, raisins, salt and vinegar to vegetables.
As soon as the contents of the pan come to a boil, remove from heat and place the pan in a warm place to let the ingredients infuse.
Let's start preparing the pears. We wash them and cut them into slices, put them on a baking sheet and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. We also sprinkle a little cognac on the pears and send them to the oven for 5 minutes, at a temperature of 200 degrees.
Let's get to the lettuce. We spread the cabbage on a plate, on top of the pear, pour over everything with the lope, which turned out during the baking process and in the pan.
