Caesar salad with chicken
Salads
- 500 gr. chicken fillet
- Bunch of fresh green lettuce
- 1 pack of cherry tomatoes
- Vegetable oil
- 1 garlic clove
- 100 gr. parmesan cheese
- White bread for croutons
- 3 chicken eggs
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp mustard
- 100 ml vegetable oil
- 1-2 garlic cloves
- Pepper
- Salt

Cut white bread into cubes and put them on a baking sheet.
We send a baking sheet with bread to the oven and dry it a little to get real croutons.
We heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan, add a clove of garlic to it, cut lengthwise into thin slices. After boiling the oil, remove the garlic from it.
Fry dried bread in garlic oil.
Soak the salad for 40-60 minutes in cold water, then dry it. These actions will help the salad retain its color and shape much longer.
Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces and fry in a frying pan with the addition of vegetable oil. Salt the cooked chicken to taste.
Boil chicken eggs, separate the yolks from the proteins.
Mash the yolks with a fork, add mustard, chopped garlic clove and lemon juice to them. We also add pepper, salt, vegetable oil, mix everything. This egg mixture will be our Caesar dressing.
Pass the parmesan through a fine grater.
We tear the green salad with our hands and put it on a dish.
Cut the cherry into 2 parts and spread on the salad.
Place the chicken pieces on top of the tomatoes.
Pour the salad with the resulting egg dressing.
Mix the salad well, spread the croutons on top and sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
