iceberg salad with tuna
Ingredients
  • 50 grams iceberg lettuce
  • 1 medium tomato
  • Half head of onion
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 200 grams canned tuna
  • 2 chicken eggs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon wine vinegar
  • Salt, ground pepper to taste
  • Oregano to taste
The salad is light, both in terms of calories and in terms of preparation. This salad will serve as an excellent snack in hot, hot weather.

Wash lettuce thoroughly under running water and pat dry with paper towels. Tear the lettuce with your hands and place in a deep salad bowl. Free the tuna from the liquid and send it to the lettuce leaves. Free the hard-boiled eggs from the shell and cut in half. Vegetables (tomatoes, onions and cucumbers) cut into medium-sized cubes and also sent to a salad bowl. Mix all salad ingredients.

Season the resulting salad with vinegar and oil. Be very careful when seasoning with salt, as canned tuna has a certain amount of salt. Sprinkle with herbs.
