Rinse the shank under running water, blot excess moisture. With a thin knife we make deep punctures in the pulp, put the garlic. In one hole - 1 clove.

Mix all the seasonings and rub the pork leg on all sides. Cover with a bag and let stand for 1 hour.

We wrap the shank in foil and send it to the preheated oven for 1.5 hours. Temperature 180 gr. After that, open the foil and leave the gomilka in the oven at the same temperature for another 30 minutes.
