Ingredients
  • Lavash - 1 sheet
  • Crab sticks - 1 pack (200 grams)
  • Processed cheese "Friendship" - 1 pc. (can be any)
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Dill
  • Mayonnaise
Crab stick rolls are very tasty and quick to prepare, they are well suited to any table, not only as an appetizer.

Recipe for crab rolls

On a coarse grater, wipe the crab sticks and processed cheese (the sticks and cheese will rub well if they are frozen).

Chop the dill and add it to the sticks to taste.

Finely chop the garlic or squeeze through the garlic to the rest of the ingredients.

Fill everything with mayonnaise.

Now roll out the pita bread and apply the filling on it in a small layer, about half a centimeter.

Roll our pita bread into a roll.

Next, take a sharp knife and cut the roll before it has time to soak. Make pieces of at least 2 cm so that the filling does not fall out.
