Salmon rolls with curd cheese
Snacks
- 250 gr. cottage cheese
- 150 gr. curd cheese
- 10 gr. gelatin
- 2 tbsp fuck
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp chopped dill
- 1 stem dill
- 400 gr. thin slices of smoked salmon
- 150 gr. cream
- Pepper
- Salt
Recipe for salmon rolls with curd cheese
Soak gelatin in cold water.
We combine horseradish, lemon juice, zest, cottage cheese and curd cheese, add pepper and salt, after which we mix everything thoroughly.
Dissolve gelatin in a saucepan over low heat, add 2 tbsp. the resulting curd mass, after which we mix the gelatin with the main mass of cheese and cottage cheese. Add cream.
Cut the third part of the salmon into small pieces and add to the curd mass. Grind celery and also add it to the filling along with chopped dill, mix everything.
We cover the form with food film, lay out the salmon in such a way that the edges of the meat protrude from the form. We spread the curd filling, level it and cover with salmon slices.
We put the roll in the refrigerator, after cooling, turn the roll over onto a dish and cut into portions.
