Ingredients
- 2 thin lavash
- mayonnaise - 200-250 ml
- processed cheese - 100 g
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- garlic to taste
- salami (sliced) - 100 g, or ham - 100 g
- fresh lettuce leaves
Delicious and very easy to prepare appetizer. I offer a variant with a fresh salad filling and salami or ham
Lavash roll recipe

We crush hard-boiled eggs with a fork, add melted cheese, mayonnaise and chopped garlic. We mix.

Lubricate pita bread with an egg base. Arrange salami/ham and fresh lettuce in rows.

Roll up a big roll. We send in a bag and in the cold.

Before serving, cut the roll into small rolls. We pierce each with a beautiful skewer.
