Ingredients
  • 2 zucchini
  • 250 g non-sour curd
  • 1 st. a spoonful of sour cream
  • 2 garlic cloves

Cut the zucchini into thin long layers, salt, pepper and leave for 15 minutes. Drain off the resulting liquid. Brush the zucchini with olive oil and fry on both sides until soft. Place cooked zucchini on paper towels and let excess oil soak.

To prepare the filling: knead the cottage cheese well with a fork, add sour cream, chopped garlic, herbs, salt and pepper (to taste) and mix everything.

Now that the zucchini is ready, take a slice and put a teaspoon of the filling on the edge, gently rolling it into a roll so that the filling is inside. We repeat this procedure with each slice of zucchini. Our zucchini rolls with cottage cheese are ready to delight you and your family!
